January - The Doctor’s Surgery

This month we are learning about the Doctor’s Surgery. We are playing in role and we have been busy making our own hospitals!

Check out our role play area - we have been pretending to be the patients and are using the waiting area to take turns! The doctor asks us ‘what’s wrong?’ And we tell them what is bothering us.

The receptionist takes phone calls and makes the appointments to see the doctor!

Here in junior Infants Green we are learning to work together. Our teacher is blown away by our team work everyday! Ask us: what treatments can the doctor give to someone who is sick?
