January & February 2026!

The highlight of January & February for us was definitely pancake tuesday! We had been working on procedural writing in literacy, so we were able to write the steps involved in making pancakes before we started. It is clear that many students are used to baking at home!

We also learned all of the vocabulary as Gaeilge.
