4th Class Red GAA skills with David Moran

Here are this week's GAA skills that David Moran GPO from Lucan Sarsfields has prepared for us all.  

First do the warm up.

Next it's Football or Sock Ball!

Next it is Hurling.  If you don't have a hurl use a stick or brush handle!

Lastly it's a game of knee touch.  Great fun!!
