Aistear is a wonderful time during the day where children learn through play. It incorporates oral language, maths, science, geography, history, participation, turn-taking and sharing - all while having fun! The themes we learned about this term have been 'The Home', 'The Supermarket', 'The Construction Site' and 'Winter'. Here are some photos:
