Who We Work With
Our staff are dedicated to providing a variety of enriching activities to your children's lives. We have build up relationships with local community groups to give the children plenty of opportunities to try out new things. Take a look at some of our partnerships below. Your child might discover a new sport or activity they love this year and pursue it outside school.

Sporting PartnershipsLucan Sarsfields and Westmanstown Gaels, have been fantastic supporters of our school providing hurling and football taster sessions for many years. We are so lucky that one of our teachers, Heidi, is also a Lucan Sarsfields coach and she has been doing after school football training. Lucan Sarsfields and Westmanstown Gaels field many boys & girls hurling, football and camogie teams locally. GAA provides an opportunity to get involved in a great low cost, team sport. We are now in a development stage of getting children involved in hurling and camogie. The children have had the chance to experience many different sports through community links including Basketball, Hockey and Rugby too.

For the last number of years our 4th, 5th and 6th class boys and girls have take part in a Gaelic football competition between lots of different schools. |
Lucan Harriers
Lucan Harriers and in particular their amazing coach Niamh have been a fantastic support to our school. Offering staff athletics coaching advice for our cross-county and athletics teams. Niamh has also provided lots of in school cross-country training, access to races and even coached our cross-country team therough their event in Griffeen Valley Park. Her expertise is invaluable.
Lucan Harriers has a very active juvenile section where children can learn all the skills of Athletics. There are several other clubs other clubs in the area such as Celbridge Athletics Club and Le Chéile Athletics Club. |
Leinster Cricket and Adamstown Cricket ClubWe are so lucky to have the support of Adamstown Cricket Club and Leinster Cricket who have provided in school taster lessons and cricket coaching to our pupils. Our pupils have then had the opportunity to learn new skills. Cricket is always popular in our school. There are many cricket clubs in the area and Adamstown Cricket Club which fields children's teams has really supported us.
