Here is the Senior Infants Red performance. Lots of singing and dancing. What a wonderful job they did! Senior Infants Red enjoying Maths Week by learning through fun, games and teamwork: matching, sorting and counting. Here is the children's first experience using 'Beebots'. In order to move the Beebots around, they will need press certain buttons. Here, they are figuring out how to use them through trial and error. While they may not realise it yet, these children are actually in the beginner's phase of coding and computer programming! Aistear is a framework in which children learn, explore and communicate through play. September's Aistear topic was all about the Farm. Unfortunately, because of Covid restrictions this year, we haven't been able to get an official class photo taken. So here are our 'amateur' attempts of creating a class photo! It was a bit tricky to get everyone looking at the camera at once, and with all eyes open. But we took a few photos so you can pick your favourite!
