• Create a treasure map
• Make ice cubes from various liquids and see how long each takes to freeze.
• Put different amounts of water unto containers and tap gently to make music.
• See how many jumping jacks you can do in 30 seconds, take a break, then try to beat your score.
• Draw 20 rectangles and turn them into something (pizza,planets, wheels etc.)
• See if you can persuade someone at home to play ‘Times Tables Tennis’ (you get to choose which times tables you want to use J )
• Using non-standard units (feet, hands, pencil case, book), measure the area of a room in your house (sitting room = 10 hands x 9 hands= 90 hands sq. )
