English: 
Phonics ‘tch’

• Look at https://www.twinkl.ie/resource/ni-l-70-linguistic-phonics-stage-5-and-6-phase-3b-ch-tch-sound-powerpoint
• Time yourself for one minute and see how many ‘ch’ you can think of. Then try ‘tch’ words. I wonder which will have the most?
• Play ‘against the clock’  https://www.spellzone.com/word_lists/games-12904.htm
• Read the poem ‘Be Glad Your Nose is On Your Face’, learn the fourth verse.
• Complete the cloze procedure ‘The Sun’

SESE:  Continue working on your New Zealand /Maori project

Student’s choice:  Choose one of the following:

• Create a treasure hunt with clues
• Make ice cubes from various liquids and see how long each takes to freeze.
• Put different amounts of water unto containers and tap gently to make music.
• See how many jumping jacks you can do in 30 seconds, take a break, then try to beat your score.
• Draw 20 rectangles and turn them into something (pizza,planets, wheels etc.)
